So Matt and I had planned this morning to wake each other up, but when I got up he had left already. So I left him a note and went out and went to the markets and bought some souvenirs.
When I got back he had left me a FB message saying his bag had been found! Which was awesome.
So I went back out to do some MORE shopping, and just after I got back the second time, Matt was back. However that morning he had just gone and bought new clothes, which sucks, but never mind.
We decided to go to the park and have a bit of a smoke and try to mission to get his nose pierced. So we did that, but the piercing places wouldn’t pierce it with the right kind of ring, so he didn’t get it done.
After that, we saw this midget lady singing with a guy playing keyboard, she did some pretty mad covers, a Doors one, can’t remember which song though. Was pretty entertaining.
After that we went to go back to the op shops, but got distracted. So we ended up having dinner at this little restaurant. First time I’ve sat
Down somewhere and eaten in Amsterdam, EVERYTHING is just takeaway. I ordered an omelette, was amazing.
After that I promised myself no more food, but Matt had the munchies today, so he ate a lot, and I followed, we had a Danish donought (OH YUM!) and then went back to the lolly place and got some more lollies lol.
Was a pretty mad day.
Things that made me happy today; Matt getting his bag back.
Things that made me sad today; spending a LOT of money and pretty crappy cold weather.
